Preamble
The User is any person accessing and/or using the ciaorental.com or ciaorental.it web site, hereinafter referred to as CiaoRental.
The Owners and Intermediaries use CiaoRental as an internet service to propose their houses.
CiaoRental is offered to the User under condition of the User acceptance of the terms and conditions herein contained.
User access to and use of CiaoRental constitutes User's agreement to all such terms and conditions.

Use of CiaoRental
CiaoRental is for User's personal use and not for any commercial use of it by User.
User may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer with or without an economic outcome any information or service or product of any kind and format obtained from CiaoRental, unless prior specific written approval is granted.

No unlawful or prohibited use
CiaoRental will not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions.
User shall not use CiaoRental in any manner which may harm any party or adversely affect the functionality of CiaoRental or its use by others.
User shall not obtain or attempt to obtain from or through CiaoRental any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through CiaoRental.

Links to other web sites
CiaoRental may contain links to other web sites or in any way connect the User to other web sites.
CiaoRental is not in control of these other web sites and is not responsible in any respect for the contents of or for any consequence derived from the use of these other web sites.
The fact that links are contained within or made available through CiaoRental does not imply endorsement by CiaoRental of the contents of these other web sites or any association with their operators.
As an example and without limitations the above applies also to links which appear in a frame of CiaoRental framed pages although the framed page is under the CiaoRental domain name.

Availability
CiaoRental does not give any guarantee of availability, functionality or continuity as CiaoRental can be suspended or terminated at any time without reason and/or notice.

Liability Disclaimer
CiaoRental contains or makes available information that may not be correct, may include errors and omissions and may be changed at any time without notice.
The User should not rely upon this information for User's personal decisions or for User's advising any other party.
CiaoRental does not declare or guarantee the trueness, suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the information contained on or made available through CiaoRental, for any purpose.
All this information is provided by CiaoRental "as is" without declaration or warranty of any kind, including all implied declarations and warranties.
CiaoRental does not declare, checks or guarantee the trueness, suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the information related to the properties offered for rental and related to the Owners and Intermediary, information which is made available by the same Owners and Intermediary, even if said information has been subject to translation, treatment, and/or editing by CiaoRental.
CiaoRental shall in no event be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, damages for loss of use or loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of CiaoRental.
If User does not consider satisfactory CiaoRental or any portion of it or any of these terms and conditions, the User will have the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using CiaoRental.

No intermediary role
CiaoRental does not have any role of intermediary, or agent, for what concerns the rental of the properties offered through CiaoRental by the respective Owners and Intermediaries and for what concerns any other business between User and Owner or Intermediary.
CiaoRental shall not receive any communication from the User about the properties offered for rent or about the Owners or the Intermediaries.
User shall not contact CiaoRental with respect to the properties offered for rent or with respect to the Owner or Intermediary and agrees, should this be the case, to contact directly the Owners or Intermediaries using the contacts made available by them through CiaoRental.

Privacy
CiaoRental will not gather and keep User's personal information.
It has to be noted that as of today CiaoRental does not contain forms or other systems to collect or register User's personal information, with the exclusion of the Owners and Intermediaries who are subject to additional specific terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Please note: if you use the "E-Mail Contact" form and push on "Send Message" button, the sent message will include your remote connection identification data. This can be used to track origin of misuse or illegal use of the E-Mail Contact form.

Miscellaneous
CiaoRental is owned and operated by SIFOR SRL Unipersonale registered in Cagliari (Italy) VAT and registration No 02546350923.
User hereby accepts the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari, Italy, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of CiaoRental.
User will not use CiaoRental in all instances and areas or countries where the laws and regulations do not give effect to all of these terms and conditions.
This agreement or the use of CiaoRental by the User do not constitute and is not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between User and CiaoRental.
CiaoRental may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without notice.
