All the rooms are bright and facing the green of the garden and trees around the house.
The villa is built on three floors and has three independent apartments,
the first includes: wide living room, kitchen, three double or king bed bedrooms and two bathrooms. This apartment is on two levels.
the second on the ground floor includes: kitchen and bathroom, two king bed bedrooms and a smaller bedroom.
the third includes two rooms and a bathroom.

Area
The Ogliastra area is a rare piece of natural heritage which deserves to be visited or explored, within a short range it offers so many and different great places.
The lido di Orrì, or the Orrì beaches, just one kilometer from the house, a long white sandy beach with little bays in within and shallow crystal clear waters, all around the typical mediterranean vegetation.
From the nearby Arbatax port in the summer time there are many boat excursions available in the beautiful and famous bays along the amazing Ogliastra coast: Cala Luna, Cala Goloritze, The Bue Marino Caves.
Another interesting place, as opposed to the many sandy beaches in the area is the Coccorroci little round stones beach, in the Marina di Gairo Cardedu.
Great opportunities are offered in ogliastra for trekking and visiting the inner Sardinia as:
- The historic little green train leaving from Arbatax for trips in the Ogliastra countryside.
- Visiting the famous 'Su Marmuri' caves in Ulassai.
- Visiting the archeological sites as the Domus the Janas along the road Lotzorai-Urzulei.
- Trekking with so many different routes: Pedralonga, Gorroppu at just 15 kilometers from Tortolì and Baunei from where it is possible to make excursions from the mountain to the various wonderful bays. |
Availability, rates and conditions
Prices differ according to the apartment rented and the time. Generally prices are good compared to the area prices and affordable. Air conditioning are not available. Washing machine and TV is available.
