THE APARTMENT is comfortable and welcoming 30 sqm STUDIO FLAT, ideal for two persons. It was entirely renovated and refurbished in 2007.
It is composed of a kitchenette with hub, fridge, table for eating.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, and pans, cutlery, kettle, toaster. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed with adjacent bathroom with shower.
THE APARTAMENT is equipped with sorts of amenities: Wireless INTERNET 24 hrs a day, AIR CONDITIONING, Independent water tank, TV, CD- DVD- DVX- MP3 player, Hair dryer, Iron, Beach umbrella, Books, Games. Bed linen and Towels are supplied upon request.

meters from the marvellous promenade along the sea which runs from the marina along the BASTIONS the old city wall from which you can admire the old TOWERS and fabulous view of CAPO-CACCIA of the advantages of the location is that you are close to Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Stores, Supermarkets, Drug stores, Cinema, Theatres, the taxi stand, the post office, banks end tourist information office.
Beaches, the airport and the hospital are a 10 minute ride away.

Availability, rates and conditions
We prefer to rent out on ary depending upon the season from 350 to 595 Euros weekly. This a weekly basis. In any case, minimum stay is 3 day. Prices v includes bed linen, bathroom towels, wireless internet, electricity, gas and final cleaning.The air conditioning is on request the price is € 5 for day.
We require advance payment of a deposit of half of the total rental fee with the balance due on arrival at the flat in Alghero.
